Structure description

The Residence is laid out on a spacious 230 hectare estate, and gives many opportunities for walking in the unspoilt countryside of our Island. In the centre there are tennis courts, adult and children's swimming pools, the Napoleonic Villa of Sant'Anna with a bar, TV room, sauna, shower and changing rooms, as well as a restaurant / pizzeria " Il Giardino degli Aranci", coin operated laundry, and a massage room. Private beach facilities are arranged for the Resident's guests use on the pebbled Bagnaia beach with opportunities for sailing school and underwater diving courses. From 09/06 to 08/09 there is a Mini club for children from 4-10 years and entertainment for adults included in the service charge. Optional club card for access to the adult swimming pool, sauna and changing rooms. All the apartments have private entrances, private outside patios with table and chairs, garden or balconies, and all are comfortably and practically furnished.
