Only 3 km from the Golf Club, this historic villa, decorated with magnificent fresco paintings, is in a 24,000 sq meter wooded park that stretches down to a private beach. Villa Ottone offers an exclusive welcome within an elegant but informal framework, with the fine service of a "hotel de charme". There are numerous public places both outside and inside this complex, among these are 2 function rooms for parties, a large bar and function room "taverna" on the beach renovated from a building that was once a boat house. The restaurant, which is deep in a lush park, has an enchanting atmosphere in the evening. By the swimming pool you can taste some refined specialities full of southern flavour. As the sun is setting on the horizon nothing is more romantic than a delicious aperitif or after dinner drink served under the portico of the villa, cradled in the musical notes of excellent musicians and enchanted by the sunset which inspired the poet Emilio Agostini so much.The historic villa, with an unbeatable view of the gulf, has on the 1st floor Prestige, Contessa and Colombe bedrooms and suites, all have a large panoramic sea view terrace (except the Junior Suites which have wide windows with a park view); on the 2nd floor opulent De Luxe with precious furnishings, with a Teuco hydro-massage bath or shower and large windows; on the 3rd floor there are large romantic penthouses. In the new hotel, an elegant three floor building next to the villa, we find some Classic rooms for guests with movement difficulties, the reception, the air conditioned restaurant and other hotel facilities. On the 1st and 2nd floors are the Classic rooms, with large furnished balconies, some Superior rooms and the Junior Suites; on the 3rd and top floor the refined Superior bedrooms, with Teuco hydro-massage bath or shower and terrace; there are also to excellent 50 sq. m. Suites with hydro-massage bath, walk-in dressing room, 40 sq. m. terrace with an amazing view of the sea. The spacious cottages in the heart of the park all have private terraces. All the complexes bedrooms are acclimatised and soundproofed, and have free internet, telephone, satellites TV, mini-bar, safe and hairdryer. The Suite, the Prestige, the Contessa, the De Luxe, the penthouses and the Colombe have plasma satellite TV, DVD and home theatre. The guests can choose to have buffet breakfast in the park restaurant or in the air-conditioned restaurant; table service for dinner with a choice from 4 menus, or à la carte (extra) and a children's menu. There is a snack bar on the beach. There is a Piano bar in the villa, TV lounge, bridge room, two swimming pools, one of which is for children.
